The cIneMAGINE Society is a non-for-profit organization responsible for promoting French films to Francophones and Francophiles of Alberta. Given its provincial mandate, the Society benefits from the support of numerous private, community, and governmental partners.
Since 2003, cIneMAGINE has presented French films to numerous communities across Alberta. To allow a maximum of Francophones and Francophiles to access French film culture in Alberta, several events are organized annually by cIneMAGINE. These includes:
- Festival cIneMAGINE, the Alberta French Film Festival
- cIneMAGINE jeunesse,an Alberta French Film Tour for Youth.
- A French Short Film Contest for students of grade 8 to 12.
- Film-making Workshops for French and French immersion schools.
- Movie Clubs in major cities across Alberta
- Partnership with others events related to the French culture in Alberta
